F4E launches online industry portal

The European Domestic Agency “Fusion for Energy” (F4E) has launched its new online industry portal. The portal is a one stop shop for anyone who wants to find F4E operational calls for tender as the search function allows users to search on the title, reference number, stage of procedure or status. F4E’s industry portal also includes a supplier database which allows companies to register, thus giving them a greater visibility at F4E. It is also useful for companies looking for partners and wanting to network. In the near future, the database will also give registered companies visibility at other ITER Domestic Agencies.
The industry portal offers links to key reference documents and contacts details to all national ILOs and their F4E/ITER initiatives. Links for ITER procurement pages and contacts for the other ITER Domestic Agencies are available as well. The “Announcement” section of the portal serves as a message board to remind of upcoming deadlines for calls and future procurement-related meetings. F4E’s industry portal will continue to develop – future plans include allowing users to answer calls for tender electronically via the website. The industry portal is available as a quick link on the homepage of the F4E website. |
